After replacing front brake pads I hear a clicking noise undef shifter. What is that or why is that

have it checked locally we can't hear noises

you really didn't give a good explanation of what it is other than a clicking noise under the shifter. If you don't like the answer seek it locally so they can actually hear the noise other than u-joints there isn't much there the shifter doesn't make noise. If you didn't hear it prior to replacing brakes then recheck your work we have no idea what you did. You may have left something off that needs to be there.
