If you have the housing that sits on top of the spark plugs, You can take housing off, turn upside down, plug in primary connector/s, use a spark tester in each boot, you have to ground the spark testers, you can ground by touch, metal part of engine, crank it watch for spark.
You may be able to just check the signals at the primary connector for the coil housing, check for correct signals. That way, maybe you don't have to take the housing off? I haven't looked at your wiring.
