sounds like it is stuck in overdrive?

It sounds like it is stuck in over drive, it won't shift at all, can over filling the transmission cause this

How much did you over fill it? Also did it happen after you over filled it? Have you checked for codes in the computer?

If you overfill the transmission it can foam the fluid which will cause all kinds of weird problems, but we should run the codes as well. Here is a guide to help.

If there are no codes here is how to remove the fluid and install new filter, I have seen the torque converter control solenoid stick on can cause this issue. Please go over this guide as well and check out the instructions for your car in the images below.
