Sluggish taking off, runs great after 2000rpm, but push gas to floor, bogs. Shifts hard.

Car starts fine, runs fine at idle. Press gas in reverse, has full power. First gear, bogs until it gets to 2000 rpm, then accelerates easier, but if you push the gas to the floor, you can feel hesitation and some wavering in the engine as if you were pressing and releasing the gas pedal minutely. When it shifts gears, automatic, it shifts hard. If feels almost as if its starting out in third gear or something when you first take off. A

Is the Check Engine Light on. You need to have your codes read. And most likely a back pressure test, a compression test and a combustion leak test. To be more accurate at diagnosing. Have you ever changed Ur timing belt*

As said before check for codes write them down and then clear them get back to me with what you find I don't think you should do a compression check at this point however if there is no codes then have a local exhaust shop check if the cat. Converter is pluged. Let me know what find and we will go from there. Also more info what engine, how many miles and have done any power adders.

2001 Nissan Sentra SE 2.0 Automatic
Mileage unknown, odometer not working, speedo works.
Trouble codes now showing.
P0325 Knock Sensor
P0500 Speed Sensor
P0731 1st Gear, Incorrect Ratio
P0732 2nd Gear, Incorrect Ratio
P0733 3rd Gear, Incorrect Ratio
Car is stock, no addons.

When speaking to a Parts salesman, he stated that considering that the speed sensor is located at the transmission that if that was changed, would probably correct all but the knock sensor, and that it may even correct that as well.

EDIT.
I tried searching for info on the speed sensor, but really haven't come up with anything helpful. I can see from the parts pictures what it looks like, but not where in or on the trans-axle that its located or the procedure to remove and replace.
Any further info concerning these issues is greatly appreciated.

Have the knock sensor replaced first. It is common for them to fail and it can affect performance.

As to the speed sensor, it can cause the other code issues.
