When I turn my steering wheel I hear a sound it seems like some parts are hitting each other. When I turn the wheel all the way to the right or left I get a Constanr noise. I have attached a video please let me knw asap.

I cant find the link to your attachment. Does it sound like a clunking noise when you turn the wheel? Does is sound more like a clicking and popping noise near the wheels?

I cant get the links to open, but my main guess would be that your cv-joints are bad.
