My steering wheels shakes while driving. It does not seem to matter if I am accelerating, braking or just driving, it still shakes. Please help?

Have the tires looked at. Could be a tire seperating the tread or just a balance problem.

I've also noticed that the shaking occurs even at slow speeds. Like if I'm rolling up to a stop light, I still feel the shaking, just slower. Would I be able to feel the shake at slow speeds if it were the tire balancing?

Is the engine running on all cylinders?. If it is then you might want to have the front end looked at

You might have a dent in your rim, especially if its an aftermarket alloy.
Any tire dealer can check this for you, usually at no charge.
