Missfire code P0300 help

I replaced my spark plugs in my 2001 ranger its a 4.0 v6 and it went threw emmissions and passed now the code p0300 came up and it idles rough I checked all plug wires are tight is one of the plugs loose or not gaped right to cause this I dident replace wires I just thought it was weird that it passed and a few weeks later it missfires. Please help

P0300 Random Misfires normally caused by vacuum leaks and contaminated fuel

I just went threw and re gaped all the plugs and changed the wires it seems to idle better but still has that stumble I replaced the iac maf and tps also put a cold air intake on it so whole intaske has bee gone threw and a new pcv valve also and it still has that stumble on idle the only thing I haven't changed is the fuel filter would that cause a rough idle
