Can't hear it from here. Hold your computer closer to the car. Try dribbling some water on the belt when the noise is occurring. If the sound changes, it's the belt. A hissing pump and a squealing belt sound a lot different. Have a mechanic listen to it. He will also sight along the various pulleys to check for proper alignment. If the spring-loaded tensioner pulley has a worn pivot, it can allow that pulley to lean out. That will cause the belt to slide sideways across it as it goes around it and make a squeal.
