My windows or sun roof won't go up or down seems like there's power and the fuses are ok. What could it be

In the underhood fuse box there ia a 30A WINDOWS CORCUIT BREAKER, check it to be sure it is good. Also there ia a RETAINED ACCESSORY POWER RELAY (RAP), you can switch this relay with another identical relay in the fuse box and then test the windows and sunroof. If they now work replace the faulty relay. There is also a 30A RAP fuse, check it also.
The RAP controls the windows and the sunroof.
