Coolant leak/ check engine

My 2000 volvo s40 is leaking coolant. The check engine light came on about a week ago. There is a rubber hose in the front of the car that now burns when the car is being driven. What is the problem? How can I fix it?

Have it pressure checked to make sure whre the leak is coming form. If th eose is bad then replace it.
