I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Pri. The car vibrates (violently now) when the car is in motion and you press on the gas (but no other time). If you take your foot off the gas pedal, the vibration STOPS completely whether you are rolling at 15 miles an hour or 70 it does not matter. If the car is in park, you can press the gas pedal or the mechanism inside of the engine to rev the engine and the car does NOT shake. I have replaced the tires, had balancing done, replaced the air filter, fuel filer and used a fuel cleaning agent several times. None of these things have stopped the vibration (SHAKING) of the car. What do I do now?

it might be soemthing in the transmission or an axle shaft that is starting to fail. It oculd also be a weightthat hasfallenoff thetorque converter or a broken engine/transmission mount.
