2000 Mazda b3000 Won't start

There is a clicking sound under the dash that continues even after the key is disengaged. Replaced a relay under dash on the passenger side. Is there another relay or fuse I need to replace?

there are many relays in the truck. there should be a fuse box that has relays and fuses.

you need to see which relay is buzzing, identify the circuit and track down the reason for the issue
