Why does my Iszuzu Amigo won, t start when it is hot it does not over heat it will start when it cools off

I have put new fuel filter on it and a new tempture sensor on it that is all I have done on it I rebuilt the engine.

When it doesn't start, have you checked to see if there spark and fuel to the engine.

No I did not check that but it will start when it is cold.

Timing will usually cause the engine to sound different when cranking because it is firing at the wrong times.

That makes me think it is running too rich (too much fuel). I need you to check for spark and fuel when it doesn't start. That way I can better direct you. There are instructions on our homepage under the DIY section. Let me k now what you find.
