2000 grand Prix G.T.P has no motor or transmission they were placed in a 2005 Monte Carlo I was told. I'm curious if the parts of the car such as windows, body panels, suspension, brakes, wheels, interior gauges etc. Basically anything on it left. My rear window motors need replaced in my Buick. I also need a fender

There's two ways to find this out. One is to look the parts up for both applications online, as in auto parts store web sites. If they both call for the same part number, they're the same. If the numbers are different though, you don't know why. The parts could interchange one way if, for example, one application uses a longer wiring harness that only reaches on the one model.

The better solution is to visit any salvage yard. They have huge, very expensive "Hollander Guides" for this purpose. They give every part for one car model a code number, then you look that code number up in the back of the book and it will list every year and model that part fits.
