Truck starts fine

Truck starts fine. When I dive it across town and shut it down for a while and start it again, it will idle fine for about 10 seconds and then shutters like it wants to quit running. Drives ok after that. Any idea what the problem could be?

No check engine light is on. New fuel filter was put on it 1000 miles ago.

Chances are you have an idle air control valve that is going bad. It is responsible for maintaining the engine idle.
