This is going to be a toughy, try using a electric space heater with a covering ovr the hood to the radiator for about an hour and then to engine block area. Like towards the water pump. Then remove the space heater and try to start it if you see any smoke coming from under the hood like a belt and rubber burning shut it off immediately. It stil lmay have cracked the block and or radiator. If you can see if there is a garage near and see if they will allow you to park it inside overnite that is best then start it in morning. Make sure to check coolant level an dif using a space heater use one with a fan
