Ok, when you jumped the relay did you have the key in the on position? Here are a couple posibilities.
1) The ignition swith has gone bad or short in wiring. If you didn't leave the key in the on possition when you jumped the relay, try it with key in on possition. If starts and runs the either have a bad ignition switch or a short in the wiring.
2) with it being a 2000 there is a chip in the key itself and may have become deprogrammed and will need to be reprogrammed. If you have another key and you haven't already tried it, try the other key.
