I have a 2000 chevy truck and the speedo and rpm and all other gauges as well as the radio doesnt work. As well as all the idiot lights on dash cluster

Check applicable fuses, in diagram below, also use a voltage tester at the fuse circuits. One is hot all the time, the others go hot with the key on. You may have to get at the instrument cluster wiring connector and check voltage and ground, there. Any applicable trouble codes?
