Your radio may be coded and you may need the code to start the radio again. Call chevy with vin for code or dealer, but alot fo dealers may want to charge for that.

No power will cause memory lose and then radio code need to be reentered
don't have the code have to call the local dealer to check what they need for info to obtain the code for you

I just replaced the main ground from battery. Truck will start but I have no headlights, or dome
Light. Also the radio won't work. The blower won't turn on but shows power on the screen. Please help!

Check all fuses both in vehicle and under hood.

And when I try to turn the heat on it says it's on but only sucks the volts right down

Have you tested the alternator to see if it's charging? If so try to run a ground wire from the negative battery post to a good clean spot on the body.

I just bought a 92 silverado 2500 and the radio will not work. It turns on but display's 1:00 and station 98.1. You cannot change the station or volume or anything.

I've had ths problem with 92. Does it have a stock cassette player as well? If so, does that not work as well? If not, it sounds like you'll have to replace the head unit above the a/c controls. Junk yard find perhaps. This may help you along the way

Alternator is new and I just replaced the negative cable or ground that goes to the intake
Manifold.

There should be a fuse / relay box under the hood.

There are grounds all around that vehicle and you would have to do a lot of research to determine which ones apply to those components. I suggest an electrical shop for diagnosis.

I was having problems with the original audio system in my truck. The clock, sound, and equalizer was not working. I got the CDM repaired and now all that works. A week after I repaired the CDM the sound stopped working. Everything still light up and worked just not the sound. When I turn off and on the radio I can hear that it connects to the speakers, but no sound comes out when I try radio or a cassette.
