2000 Chevrolet S-10 heater

When truck is moving there is heat. When stop fan works but no heat. Is it the thermostat.

I would make sure your coolant isnt freezing up and is full thats where I would start. You could also have a restricted heater core not allowing the full flow of coolant thru it.

If only one heater hose to the heater core is too hot to hold I would suspect a flow issue. Have you ever used radiator stop leak in the cooling system? Also happy new year to you too.

Will check the hose tonight. At these temperatures should be able to tell if they are warm or not. If they are warm will head for the peach peninsula and Old Crow. If cold will head for the peach peninsula and Old Crow.

Look out for falling bullets!
