Heater is not blowing hot

2000 Chevy S-10, 4.3L, heater blowing luke warm air, new thermostat, just back flushed core, all controls seem to b working properly, any suggestions? Thanks.

Heater hoses-1 is hot and one is cool, but back-flushing core resulted in air moving freely n both directions!

Heater core needs to be replaced. Not enough is flowing.
