The AC doesn't blow out of the vents very much when the trucks accelerates or when I try to pass another vehicle. This seems to happen when I am above 2800 RPM. This only started occurring after I replaced my serpentine belt and tension pulley. Otherwise the truck runs great. Thanks for the assistance.

I believe the vent doors are actuated by engine vacuum. Are you sure you didn't bump or knock off any vacuum lines?
