Can you give me directions to solve these issues?

Last week the ignition switch/cylinder was replaced. Car went to dealer to reprogram the anti-theft so I could start the car. Now I have the following issues: day running lights do not come on, the radio says locked, turn signals do not blink on dash, keyless remote does not work and the key will come out of switch but it doesn't turn off. It stays in ACC and I have to take battery cable off to keep it from going dead. I have also noticed that the gear shift will not go into 2nd or 1st. Thanks so much for your help.

Did you return to the dealer and express these issues to them? I assume they all worked prior to this repair?

Yes, everything worked and Yes, but they want to charge me more money to see what is wrong. This is what I was told "What they did has nothing to do with the issue they addressed"

They are incorrect, especially since they flashed it and it did not work, I wiould persue this with the service manager. It is not right. You require flashing to bring everything back on line

Just got off the phone with the dealership because now the anti-theft program will let me start the car but shuts it back down. Again they told me the same thing, what they done has nothing to do with these problems I'm having. Of course, if I can get the car back out to them they will scan it for $89 to tell me what is wrong.

Ok, did these issues exist before the key was replaced?

They need to stand behind there work as the flash did not take for some reason. Call the service manager and ask for the number of the zone rep as you need to go above his head. They get paid on customer satisfaction and by doing this he will stand to loose bonus money from any complaints. Be nice but firm.
