Hello,
i have two questions to ask you and i'd really appreciate a concise and clear answer if you don't mind thanks.
1. Every morning I have to fill up my water/coolant tank and this got me curious until I tried to check the beneath the vehicle and found out that coolant kept on leaking out on the floor.
2. My cigarette light does not work, even when I changed the fuse it still did'nt work please kindly advise.
Thanks and hope to hear from you shortlt.

1) You need to pressure test your cooling system so you can follow the leak to it's source and repair it accordingly.

2) You will have to follow a wiring diagram, using a test light to determine whether it's power or ground that is missing, if either are and then locate where it's happening.
