1999 Pontiac Grand Am Trouble starting and staying started

The car is having trouble starting and staying started. I had the alternator and starter taken to the shop to be checked out and they are working fine. The battery is new, the terminals were changed three years ago, the spark plugs and wires were just changed 5 months ago. The oil was just changed last month. I put fuel cleaner in my tank last month to clean fuel system. What could be causing the car to not want to start and plus not stay started? Could there be an electrical problem?

San for codes and check fuel pressure first with a gauge auto parts rent it.
