Hello,
An engine will need spark, fuel, and compression to start. If you are missing one of these the engine will not start.

Check to see if you are getting spark the spark plugs. You can simply pull out one of the plugs and crank the engine to see if you are getting spark.

If you have spark, then check for fuel. Can you hear the fuel pump come on when the key is turned to the on position? If you can hear the pump, then check for the fuel pressure. Inadequate pressure can keep the engine from starting.
The fuel pressure can be low due to a clog in the fuel system. It could be a dirty filter or a faulty pressure regulator.
Bad fuel pressure regulator is quite common in these vehicles.

Thank you.
