could all 3 of my o2 sensors be "reacting to slow" on my 99 mazda b3000 truck? thats what a car repair shop told me

All three could go bad, but they usually don't go bad at the same time.

the repaishop said hey were "slow to react" and that is why my check engine light keeps coming on. should i replace all 3 or is there a way of seeing IF it is all 3, then replace ech one.

The resistance needs checked in each one.
