replaced ecm,battery and alternator was checked but it still drains the battery,stumped?

Test for battery drain with everything off. Best to test for amp draw. Usually at or below .050 ma. I haven't looked at your specs. Check for any lites left on, under the hood, interior, anywhere. Best time to check is in the dark. If the problem is on a fused circuit, you pull/ replace fuses one at a time, when you pull the fuse on the faulty circuit, excessive drain returns to normal.
