I HAVE REPLACED THE BATTERY AND THE CAR AT FIRST CRANKS SLOWLY LIKE A LOW BATTERY THEN IT PIKCS UP AND STARTS. ANY IDEADS

Have a starter draw test done see if it is excessive indicating faulty starter. An auto parts house can do this.

Definately the starter. Starters are not measured by how many miles are on the vehicule, but by how many starts you made to the engine- such as doing delivery work. Some starters just "freeze" and don't turn anymore while others can build-up a resistence to the current and turn slowly, then quickly. This is a sign of soon-to-be failure. Get it fixed now. I had a starter I had to smack with a hammer before it would start- But that didn't last too long before the thing failed completely.
