Why does my car lope while idle

Whistle when revved, and transmission slip while taking off and buck while in motion? and how do i fix it? i have replaced the o2 sensor, mapping sensor, and the idle air control just like o rileys said and it made absolutely no difference. i even let it idle 20 min. with the radiator cap off to get rid of air bubbles ive basically done everything i know to do so please help me out ???

IF you hear a whistle, I would suggest checking for a vacuum leak. As far as the transmission slipping, is it a manual transmission? The clutch may be worn.

Make sure the trans fluid is clean and full.
