1999 honda civic pulls to the left when going over bumps what could cause this? also my o/s/f tyre is bald on the inside i just changed the anti roll bars and tie rod ends on both sides for it's m.o.t and it passed

Get the lower control arm bushes and ball joint checked. Any bad compnets from the control arm can cause errors in the wheel alignment and results in abnormal tire wear.
