I notice water build-up on the bottom plate where the rad sits. I want a better view of where the water is coming from, so what I need is a step by step instruction in removing the housing around the fan and the top covering of the bumper, including a parts description of the whole area.

If you are seeing coolant at the bottom of the rad support, chances are the radiator itself is leaking. However, you need to first remove the clutch fan, then unbolt the shroud around the fan to remove it, next unbolt the radiator. I don't know if there is anything connected to the rad on your vehicle, but if there is, it will need removed. If you want the radiator out, you need to remove the rad hoses and trans cooling lines from the radiator.

NOW. What I truly recommend is to just get a pressure tester. Most parts stores will lend them to you. All you do is when the engine is cold, remove the rad cap, screw on the hand held pump, and pressurize the system. If there is a leak, you should be able to see where it is coming from.
