It will start but there's a sound likes wires arcing when you turn the key?

You might want to have someone turn the key as you observe under the hood, to see if you are able to tell what is making the noise.
That sound could come from a relay, or a bad insulation can make any given wire to arch.
Inspect the wirings under the hood. Look for any cracks or break in any of the wires. Take close look at the battery cable make sure it is secured.
