When I came to a stop is when I noticed steam or smoke coming from my hood allot of it a burnt smell so I waited about 15 min to cool down and tried to start it up again and it won't start it makes the churning sound but no go. What is wrong with the car?

Check to see how much motor oil you have in it. And look to see if any hoses have busted.

Sounds like a severely blown head gasket, check coolant and oil levels.

Fill coolant and check for leaks at hoses.
