99 Mustang V 6 cranks will not turn over!

Changed fuel pump! I cut the wires on my old one it still works? B/s! Got a new fuel pump relay still no noise from the new pump just two clicks? Wtf? I checked my fuse's still nothing? HELP WHAT AM I MISSING E-MAIL ME @ CAHSOUT1987@GMAIL. COM HELP A MUSTANG OUT!

I don't know what you changed but that circuit doesn't have a replaceable relay. The relay is built into the Constant Control relay module. This is a module controlled, variable pressure, pulse width modulated system that will require a professional, bidirectional scan tool to be able to diagnose so if you don't have access to one, you might as well head to a competent repair shop that does have one.
