I place two different new batteries in car. On the last battery put in it cranked twice, then it clicked then it died. Will crank with a jump off. There not a car with a lock on it showing on the dash. Does that show up if I have to reset the security system. Or that's not on a 1999 mustang

Since a Jump Start would make it crank up and run,

Seems that would sorta rule out a security issue.

Sounds to me like dirty/ loose connections (my best guess) or the battery itself (even new stuff can be bad)

Okay I went to the Dealership today they told me my car was fix. Bad cable ends that go on the battery. They replace them said now it will crank. So I went out side way they crank it for me with the key. I paid them $ 57.00 for fixing it. Then I told them I was going to let it sit there till Monday that way I will know it is fix. Each day they are going to go out there try it to make sure it is fix too. Tuesday I have to go out town for work. Thank you all for your help.
