Truck pulls to left than it will stop pulling.

Truck pulls to left than it will stop pulling and go a few blocks and does it again. Then I could smell it getting hot, look at the tire on the driver side and it was smoking a little. Took tire off, and wheel would not turn easy. Looks like the brake are dragging. Pads are against the rotor. Could the caliber be stuck out and if so how do I get it back out? And do you think this is the problem.

IT sounds like a stuck caliper. Check that first.
