Do the heater hoses get hot? Does the engine reach normal operating temp? Another possibility is a directional door under the dash that isn't operating properly? I didn't check to see if you might have any hvac trouble codes.

I have drained my radiator and replaced my temp switch. Could I have to much water in my coolant still?

You need to check the temp door actuator. It is electric, there is a fuse for that. Check voltage and ground for temp door actuator.

Here part of diagram. See the #7 at the actuator, that is voltage, goes hot with key on, Check fuse 5-- 15amp. The black wire is ground. The other three wires are from the potentiometer/heater control.
