I have a 1999 Dodge durango 5.9 ltr. It is getting plenty of gas "Checked it on the fuel rail it squirted a great and stayed didn't fade away, I have changed the following: Crank Sensor, Cam Sensor, Coil, PCM "refirbished reflashed". Has a little voltage from the coil to shock you but not enough to create a spark on a spark plug from it directly hooked up to the Coil "as in The coil wire straight to a spark plug". The car just acted like it ran out of gas one day, Could give it a bit and it would crank then just do it again. Any IDEAS!

You have covered the usual basics of why you have no spark. It's about the ground signal to coil. You can check for it by using test light.
