1999 dodge grand caravan power steering

recently did a tune up on 1999 dodge grand van 3.3,ran fine but noticed the a/c and blower lights blinking.Then a month later it had trouble starting but ran fine .One day it turned over but will not start .When I looked under the hood i noticed the power steering fluid had been leaking.Would this make it not start,bad power steering unit?

That shouldn't prevent it from running unless it has shorted something. Check to see if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine. Chances are one is missing. Once you identify which, focus on that system (ignition or fuel)
