Can't really tell from here; I can't see that far. Is it leaving a puddle on the ground? A professional will look at the pump on the passenger side of the engine, the rack and pinion assembly on either side, and the hoses in between. Based on the mileage, I'd suspect the rack and pinion assembly first, but have a mechanic look at it. Power steering leaks are usually easy to pinpoint.
