I have a 1999 dodge grand caravan and recently it wobbles from side to side and the steering wheel has to be at about a 2 o clock angle for it to drive straight would could be the cause to this? Also, When you brake it pulls real hard to the right, what is causing this?

If this started suddenly, suspect a broken belt in a front tire. You might also see the body rise and fall at low speeds as the tire rotates.

You can see the bump in the tire tread when watching it rotate. Sometimes the tread squirms side to side. These two things are easy to see when the front end is jacked up off the ground and they are run in gear. You can often feel the hump to, but BE CAREFUL; there are often broken wires sticking out from the belts. They really smart when they poke you. To be safer, pat the tire instead of rubbing your hand over the tread.

Goodyear tires used to commonly develop broken belts right about the time the tires were worn out and in need of replacement. Uniroyal tires used to be known for broken belts anytime.
