Checked relay circuit no power how can I fix this problem

No ground to turn on the fan relay or no 12 volts from the relay to the fan motor?

The fastest test is to turn on the ignition switch, then unplug the two-wire coolant temperature sensor. That will trigger the Engine Computer to turn on the radiator fan in case the engine is overheating and the computer doesn't know about it. If the fan runs, we know the relay and high-current circuit are okay.
