1999 Chevrolet Tahoe Stumbles over idle

Have proper fuel pressure ranges between 56-65 even when I rev it up changed tps sensor and changed the issue a little now it seems to be sluggish through the whole rpm range also swapped mass air flow sensors with my dads Tahoe and nuthing changed my next step is pulling the pre cat o2's and see if there's a change
