I'd clean the throttle-body and check idle air system. Any applicable trouble codes? Fresh gas and a tune-up? Check tps.

Some the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.

Thanks JDL

The engine isn't doing any hesitating. It's as if the emergency brake is on or something is locked up when making sharp turns.

I mentioned idle air system because with sharp turns, you usually take your foot off the gas, throttle closes, and you use the brake a little. closed throttle issue.

Certainly if you feel it is a brake issue, check your brakes. Right now, my thinking goes in a different direction.

I'll clean the throttle as well. Seems simple enough. Thanks
