1999 Chevrolet Blazer heat and air conditioner work but don't know how to set program. Only blowing heat right now. This is what is on the receipt. "a/c service, set program to cold (6-03-10)". (11-5-10) went back and on receipt "set to heat". He said, he was not sure how far to turn "it". He did have a long screwdriver in his hand (about 2 feet long). Can you tell me what he turned so I can fix it myself. Thank you for your time.

The programmer is an automatic temp control unit. It apparently is not working and he is manually pushing the temperature control around. You may have a bad blend door actuator. It needs to be diagnosed properly.
