I have a 1999 4.3 chevy astro van and its a spark but wont start. And its getting gas.

You need to measure the fuel pressure and the kilivolts of the spark. Have you checked the distributor cap?These engines have a lot of dist cap problems. If you replace it use a ac delco brand only.
