1999 Buick LeSabre

Whenever it rains and I try to start the car, it feels like the engine skips and the check engine light comes on and starts blinking. The car then runs rough, it feels like the engine shakes. The check engine like stops flashing and becomes solid. It eventually smooths out and it drives.

It drives fine in dry weather.

Side Note - I have a 30 mile commute to work, I was driving home yesterday in the hot weather and I parked at a store. When I got back into the car about 15 minutes later, I tried to start the car but the engine wouldn't turn over. I let the car sit for about a half hour, kept trying to turn it on, and finally, after I called Triple AAA, the car started, so I drove it home and cancelled the tow truck.

I drove it to work today with no problems. I've been reading that it might be the coil pack?

Have the computer scan for code/s,there's a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to come on.This is your starting point to finding out the problem.
