The fan for the climate control does not work. Yesterday it made a noise like a piece of paper was hitting the blades. This afternoon I started the car and it made the same noise so I turned off the fan and checked behind the glove compartment for any paper, I then turned on the fan and it did not work. P.S. I live in Iowa.

Chances are the fan motor is bad. To be sure, you need to check if there is power to the motor. If there is, the motor is bad or something has come loose and blocked the fan.
