Can I fix this myself and how what tools would I need

I have a 98 plymouth voyager 3.3 my speedometer, rpm, gas meter is all at zero its like its shut off I dont know how many miles im going it doesnt even tell me how many miles is on the car theres nothing

Well its been going on for about 2 months but like 2 weeks ago it did it and never came back on usually it comes back on
